Privacypolicy

FliqSocial is an influencer marketing agency based in Mumbai, India. For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here.

We collect only what we need to run the directory and our campaigns:

• Details you give us — your name, work email, phone number, company and campaign brief when you contact us or ask for a shortlist.
• Public creator data — for creators in our directory: display name, handle, profile photo, city, category, follower counts, public posts and engagement figures, as published on Instagram and YouTube.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, recorded in standard server logs to keep the site secure and working.

Creator profiles are built from information the creator has made public on their social accounts. We do not publish private messages, and we never display a creator's phone number or email on this website.

If you are a creator and want your profile corrected, hidden or removed, email us from the address linked to your account or send a DM from that account. We act on verified requests within 7 working days.

We use personal data to:

• Show creator profiles, rankings and statistics in the directory.
• Reply to enquiries, prepare creator shortlists and run campaigns you ask us to manage.
• Contact creators about brand collaborations that match their audience.
• Keep the website secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• Meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We process data you give us on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us. Publicly available creator data is processed as data made public by the person it relates to, and for legitimate uses permitted under the DPDP Act. We process some data because the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

• Brands and creators taking part in a campaign — only the details needed to work together.
• Service providers that host our website, store data and send email for us, under contracts that require them to protect it.
• Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights and users' safety.

The website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

Enquiry and campaign records are kept for as long as we work together and for up to 8 years afterwards to meet accounting and legal requirements. Creator profile data is refreshed regularly and removed when a creator asks us to, or when the account is no longer public. Server logs are deleted after 90 days.

Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
• Correct, complete or update it.
• Erase it, where we no longer need it.
• Withdraw consent you gave earlier.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
• Resolve a grievance — and, if you're not satisfied with our response, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable hosting providers to protect data. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

Our services are meant for businesses and adult creators. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Some of our service providers store data on servers outside India. Such transfers are made only to countries not restricted by the Government of India, with safeguards in place.

For any privacy request or complaint, write to our Grievance Officer at hello@fliqsocial.com with the subject "Privacy request". We acknowledge requests within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed; significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
